Account Manager

Our ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers and help them create brilliant and creative promotional products and campaigns.

The requirements include:

  • Account Management
  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders to ensure the customers’ success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Help our customers to identify opportunities for using our services
  • Attend key meetings with members of the sales team
  • Ensure all administration for sales is completed effectively
  • Report on progress towards sales KPI’s
  • Visit customers and potential customers alongside sales executives
  • Liaise with other departments within the company
  • Chase leads and follow up on opportunities to generate sales
  • Raise quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
  • Arrange to attend industry conferences and events
  • Network with companies in the industry
  • Spot market opportunities for new customers
  • Attend monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
  • Any other duties as necessary

     

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Ideally a have background in promotional merchandise or a fast moving, creative B2B sales environment


This is an office based role based in Seacroft, Leeds.
