1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by MPH Enterprises Ltd (MPH).

Eligibility to enter

3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and to new customers only. (MPH staff members are excluded from the draw).
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any

prize you may win.

5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

7. The prize draw will include those currently on our mailing list and all new subscribers up to

Midday on 31^st July 2022. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

9. MPH will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
10. The winner must be a subscriber until at least the day of the draw. If it is deemed that the winning draw is not a subscriber, the prize will be redrawn with immediate effect.

The prize

11. The prize will be a credit of up to £1,000.00 which can be redeemed when purchasing promotional products directly from MPH.
12. The credit can be redeemed against any ‘stock’ items in our current web catalogue.
13. The credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other service provided by MPH, such as warehousing, fulfilment or distribution. Nor can it be used against outstanding orders or invoices.
14. Any order placed using the credit from the giveaway is still open to lead times, setup fees and freight. However for the later, the winner may choose to use pay for these types of charges instead of using credit.
15. The winner will be drawn at random.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
17. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if

circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

18. The decision of MPH regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no

correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

19. The winner will be notified after 31^st July 2022 via the email provided during subscription.
20. MPH will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
21. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the

second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and MPH reserves the right to choose and

notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

22. An account with MPH will be created for the winner with the credit applied.

Data protection and publicity

23. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used

by MPH for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined

within our privacy notice.

25. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw

participants if requested via MPH.

26. An announcement of the winners first name and place of work will be made via MPH’s website and social media channels.
27. All personal information shall be used in accordance with MPHs Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

28. MPH does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by

any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize,

save that MPH does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own

negligence.

General

29. MPH reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any

time, without prior notice.

30. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any

disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
